Never in my life have I experienced such appalling service from any company! I’ve been waiting for a refund since the 25/05/2021 and no one has came back to me. When I call your call centre I get placed on hold or I get told that someone will call me back this is just pathetic you took my money and don’t want to give it back even after sending proof of payment from the bank this is *****ing!!!!
