They refused to refund

i went to mr price rosebank mall yesterday on the 07 December 2024,i was mistreated by the staff(Lethu,mishack and sbongile)they refused to help me exchange a techno phone that i didnt want to buyThey convinced me to buy it while I didn't want the techno Spark they told me that it's the sameSame phone that I want it.They refuse to help me and they refuse to give me a refund after I told them that I didn't want to exchange a phone I don't trust their products anymore. They kept me staying there in the shop for 4 hours they help me around 5:43 after I came there a round one o'clock.They took advantage that we were kids they were speaking in the neck saying that they won't they won't help me cause I'm a black person they only help white people.I'm very disappointed in Mr price I'm never ever gonna buy again and can you please help me to get my refund again? Cause I don't want the phone that they also gave me they were very very rude.They said were harassing them but a white couple came and exchange and they help them for me cause I'm a black person they didn't help me.They were causing hard work in the shop was making a scene making other customers feel uncomfortable and everyone was looking at us in a bad way whileWhen they get their assistant but they didn't help us at all.After I made a phone call to someone that's when they started to help us around 5 in the afternoon.
