They lost my lay-by

I had the worst experience ever. I got into the store at 17:45 and left at 21:00 because they were searching for my lay bye and couldn’t find it. After 3 hours of waiting I was told they can’t find my lay-by I must come back tomorrow I am so furious and disappointed. How does a whole lay by with 24 items get lost like how 😤
