They have my money and I still don't have my clothing items.

I purchased items from Mr Price on their mobile app on the 12 Feb. The payment was made and the payment was taken off our account. I did not receive a order number. I have contacted Mr Price in many different ways possible, WhatsApp, Email and phoned plenty times. I have still not been successful and still have not received the order number or the items of clothing. I am very disappointed with their service. They have taken my money and have still not given me what I paid for.
