They failed to help me

Hi I went to Mr price to check my account balance becous they have handed me over I found out that my card was blocked I wanted to pay off my debt but they have fails to help me they they told me they are going to lunch and I've wasted their lunch time because my card was declining to scan,I'm worried how will I know my balance how will I pay the rest I need help please.
