They dont want to take my phone

Mr price phone has software fault . I bought phone on black Friday and I have lost the slip but I have the box of the phone , they fail to assist me at white river mr price the service l got nonses. Less tham 2 months they say they cant help me .R1200 is a lot of money to just throw it I'm not happy at all and the call centre they keep me waiting for more than 2hours without help. I will never buy phones at Mr price they fail to help me what must l do with a phone that has factory fault ******* phones.
