They don't want to close my account

Hi

Mr Price was harassing me about one month where i paid late, I called Mr Price in February for balance on my account, and they sent me my statement. I told them i'll pay the full amount that day and send POP, they should close the account. I sent follow up emails to ***, and *** . March they sent me a statement I emailed again asking why it was not closed, I didnt receive a response, April same thing again yet today, still no response. They charge me service fees and Lost card protection for those months, can they be credited. I want that account closed.
