There is nothing we can do!

My brother and I went to exchange an item at Sebokeng Thabong shopping center and the staff attitute was appalling. After we waited about 10 minutes in the queue, the cashier (I think her name is Thandiwe) tells us the system is offline. So we wait on the side. While we were waiting the other cashier exchanges items for two other customers who came after us. When we asked what's happening, his system was suddenly also offline. Thandiwe tells us there is nothing they can do. Another cashier says but you can reboot your system and she flat out ignored her and proceeded to tell us to come back tomorrow. When we were chased out of the store it was closing time. That is the real reason for the hostility and blatant disregard of our time. THEY WANTED TO KNOCK OFF! We got to the store on time. Had they worked faster or had we been informed the system was offline by the staff on the floor we spoke prior to queing we would not have encroached on their time.
