Theft/***** and no recourse

On 17 July 2020 my online order was delivered to the wrong address and wrong person.

I have still been charged for the order and am since before that date also being charged interest on the amount as it was ordered via my Mr Price Account. I have spent hundreds of rands and over 2 hours on the phone trying to sort the issue out and either get my order delivered or my money and interest refunded but simply get told time and time again by customer care personal as well as their supervisors that they will get back to me and I have still heard not a single word back from them.

They will not give me the details of the couriers who made the mistake and this morning I was told by customer care to write a review on HelloPeter... Even Mr Price's own staff are now encouraging bad reviews instead of sorting the problem out.
