Theft of money

<p>Today via MRP online website I tried to pay my account online via their wesite you go into account summary and it tells how much is due adnd mine was R310 and you click make payment and it takes you straight through your banking things to make the payment via credit card but instead of taking R310 MRP online took R620 double the amount from my account Payment ID ********** 18621. I phone MRP to get my money back to which they had the cheeck to tell me that I must go to my bank and get a statement of proof and email it to them then it will take them 10-14 days to give me back my money. Why should I go to all the trouble when it is MRP who stole my money it reflects on their website that R620 was taken they have the payment ID and I emailed proof from MRP that they recieved the money. So MRP has three days to return my money or I am going to lay a charge of theft and ***** against the MRP Group.</p>
