Theft in Mr Price store

Good day

I would like to bring to your attention of the incident that occurred at your Mr Price shop situated at the Ridge Shallcross, Durban on the 16 June 2024.

I went into the store to shop and discovered my wallet was ****** from my bag. I immediately brought this to your managers attention at the store. I was told that they do not have camera's in the store and could not assist me further. That is very unprofessional and unettical.

It is surprising that Mr Price being a major retail outlet does not have any camera's in this store. And being one of a loyal customer for many years. It is very dissatisfactory that you don't take customer security into consideration. If there was security cameras we could have identified the ******** immediately.

Please consider installing camera's in this store to prevent future theft of customers and to know that customers are safe in your store whilst shopping. Now I am faced with the inconvenience of applying for new bank cards, retail cards, smart identity card and driver's license card.
