Theft in Mr Price is too much

I am very disappointed with what happened at Boulders Mr Price in Midrand on the 27th of August 2018, it was around 17h30 and I was in the line to pay, when I reached the counter I found that my purse had been ******. The ladies at the till just told me to move back and called the next person. I asked them what now and they just said its life it happens I must be careful next time. I walked around the shop trying to see if maybe my purse didn't fall but nothing another lady also said herd was ****** an hour ago. I went to the security and asked what do I do coz my purse was ****** in their shop and she said there's nothing she can do, the other staff were laughing with each other pointing at me. I am very frustrated why are there no cameras, and the staff dont even seem to takr responsibility for things that happen in their store. I am very unhappy with the service and the way they handled this situation. I wrote this on Monday the day that it happened and today is Thursday and I have not been contacted regarding this. I am still upset worst case I have an account with Mr Price after paying it off I'm closing it they don't care about their customers safety honestly.
