Theft

Bad Management in fact no Management present to assist . Left my phone in cloakroom only person there was cloakroom assistant. Reported my phone missing within 5 minutes of noticing I don't have it . Spoke to floor assistant within 1 minute of saying my phone is still ringing the lady disappeared and my phone switched off . They couldn't even have been bothered to ask for a contact number to alert me or have me review footage . They showed me photos of my entering the changeroom with phone and coming out without phone . They couldn't call the assistant and query . Clearly they were aware of my phone being taken by a staff member.
