THEFT and false advertising

Placed an order on the 9th of August, to date the order was been processed. I contacted the call center this morning they say to me they charged me the wrong price and the order was canceled after they accepted the money I paid. They then continued to lie and say they have already refunded me which have they have not done. They said that they couldn’t issue the goods to me because they charged me the wrong price and that this is a normal problem on their side. As per consumer act I am entitled to the price that was on their website. Mr Price needs to get their act together and stop their false advertising. This is theft because they took my money and cancelled my order with notifying me and I was not refunded.
