The worst store to have an account with

Mr Price is the worst retailer ever, no matter how much you pay your account with them they always find a way to make you feel as though you are not doing it right. i am paying my account diligently every month and today i receive an SMS informing me that my account is outstanding and that they are going to send my account to their collections department. i then call and get to speak to a Courtney lady who is fit to work for MR Price as she is as rude as ever. i plan on paying them up soonest and closing the account and making certain that i inform everyone I know about how bad they treat their customers and what bad service they render.
