The worst service in my life the cash card is as good as instant money.

So today I received the worst service, not sure why I’m surprised. Sadiah from the Maponya mall made it impossible for me to return the item all because I didn’t have my savings card that I made a purchase with. She refused me to return the item all because my cash card was not available. This is not the first item I’m returning an item and never had I experience such.

Since as well the maponya Branch makes it their mission to continue the rude behavior, I thank them for their service as a paying customer and will make sure to reserve my purchases there going forward.
