The WORST!! service ever.

I am absolutely fed up with Mr Price. In January 2020 I went in to settle my account with them. At Mr Price The Grove I was given an amount to pay of R200 odd rand. Now a year and a half later I am being HARASSED for another R101. How can they give me a settlement if it incorrect. I have emailed my settlement payment to their customwr service TWICE!! and I am still being phoned and SMS'ed daily. Each time I am told to please mail the documents!!! That is exactly what I have done!! This is the worst customer service ever. I will not recommend them to anyone.
