The worst service ever.

mr price have failed on several occasions to send me my statements via post or email I have called many time requesting this and have had nothing but every month they expect a payment from me, last month I called and cleared the remaining balance but they still took money from me and more than the agreed amount no one know why this is and when I call them they put me on hold for up to an hour.
