The worst online shopping experience of my life

The most appalling customer service I have ever received in my life. Ordering online has been an absolute nightmare - no one is able to resolve simple issues and I have to chase after your staff numerous times to beg them to do their job. Never buying from MrP again because it’s not worth the stress. And the staff is all incredibly rude!!!
