The worst online shopping & delivery service EVER

I cannot begin to describe how painful it is to buy something online with MRP. The stores here never have stock of anything, so online is the only option, but that is a nightmare. Been waiting on my last order for 16 days now. Cannot track the order anywhere... app is useless and it doesn't show online at all! After calling the contact center 2x today, they finally told me that they have now instructed the courier to load the package to the store tomorrow (the package that arrived in CPT yesterday). I ordered this package for store pickup (which should take 4-7 working days). This also isn't my 1st rodeo with this store pickup situation either... the previous time, the order was at the store for 3 days and they never informed me it had arrived. (I finally tracked it on the courier side and saw it had already been delivered.)
