The worst experience ever !

I recently had the worst experience from a team member at mr price menlyn shopping centre. Her name was Reabetswe (Remon) . I went to collect an online package and the attitude was so unpleasant. As soon as I approached her, I greeted and she kept quiet. I showed her the confirmation email and she said she wants the reference. I asked whether the reference was the order number ,she told me to “just look at the email and give it to her cause it’s right in front of my eyes”. She then walked away with no communication whatsoever. When she came back with the package she was still rude and condescending . I took steps to let the supervisor know about my experience and she explicitly told the supervisor that she will never apologise.
