The Worst Experience at Mr Price Rosebank Mall

Had the worst experience at Mr Price Rosebank Mall, so when after waiting on a long line i finally get to the till and just after entering my pin on the POS and being instructed to take out my card, the damn touch screen computer switches off. At that time my bank has notified me via sms that the transaction has been successful and the funds have been deducted. Then had to wait while the computer rebooted only to be told by PRECIOUS that the transaction was unsuccessful and that i had to swipe again and wasted another 5min of my time explaining that it went off and she said it will be reversed into my account in the course of today. And while they scanned my goods again and swiped again and as i was waiting for the slip to come out of their other wireless POS, the computer switched off again. Like what bull**** is that? and as we speak am awaiting for that reversal to take place. What if i didn't have the funds to swipe again? What then, was i going to leave the store without my things and moneyless. Am beyond annoyed and sick to my stomach, and my money better be back into my account come morning. Nxa!
