The worst customer experience

After I saw I will never win a fight to get my orders, and being sold lies by Thobani I decided to cancel and request a cash refund. I was ignored until I decided to enquire and was told they still waiting for the courier, which means I'm supposed to be fine with paying for the services I'm not gonna receive. I made a clear to thobani I don't want anything to do with Mr price and their stores but instead of refunding the cash refund I've requested I received a Mr price voucher. No explanation no call Nothing. I thought a big company like Mr price will invest in good customer service but i guess I was over my head. I'm beyond disappointed with the services I've been receiving from Mr price
