The store manager... Nomvula was rude towards me

I was at Mr Price festival mall on the 16th of December... Where they placed a pay point (speed point) in the middle of the shop. This Nomvula lady (store manager) tells us that we are not in the line and she told the teller not to help us. Meanwhile the setting was so confusing and there was no one there. She was screaming at us and being rude. She didn't want to hear another person's point. Where is customer service here?
