The store is not bothering itself to answer the phone!!!
for the fact that the store has a telephone it means that a customer can always call to enquire if they are not able to walk to the store, right? WRONG!...I am phoning the store in Killarney Mall to enquire about my purchase yesterday and they are not bothering to answer the damn phone, so what kind of service is this again?

I ended up walking to the store yesterday and managed to find assistance. My pleas is train your staff to answer the phone, not everyone has the privilege of getting free time during office hours to go to the store, what is that phone doing there when it cannot be answered then?
