The service is absolutely shocking!!

If I could give -5 stars I would. Be very careful of buying from them online. The transaction goes through all the way to the part where they take the funds from your account and then the order dissappears from the app. Phone them and spend 24 minutes on the line because you wait 15 minutes for someone to become available. The consultant I spoke to was Shaun and he sent me an e-mail on Tuesday that I needed to reply to with all the proof that the funds went off my account. I even have a non existent order number on my payment reference. After following up on Friday morning he replies to my proof of payment and all the info given including the last 4 digits of my card saying the payment is not there I should again send him the proof of payment. Today is the 4th business day and I paid for shipping 3-5 working days. If I do not receive my order by latest Monday Or my refund I will open a case of ***** against Mr Price!!! They are also claiming to have a "fast response free service" of using a whatsapp number but it takes them 2 hours to "have a consultant" answer the messages and then it is end of business day so they only give you 4 minutes to answer the consultant back or you'll have to get back in queue.
