The service at Mr Price Vosloorus is atrocious

The service at Mr Price Vosloorus is atrocious. Only 1 till open at month end and one of your staff members singled me out and took the set of earrings I had taken with the intention to buy and told me I’d get them at the till point. Since when is that policy? Also, WHY are people assisted without standing in the queue???
