The *** service at Mr price

The customer service at this store was terrible. Today, I went to pick up a parcel at the Black Diamond Shopping Centre in Deipkloof, specifically at Mr. Price. The staff at the till had a bad attitude and didn’t ask if I needed help; instead, they were running back and forth to the storeroom without assisting customers. The manager was even worse. When I expressed my concerns about their service, she showed no willingness to help and also had an attitude. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that the dress I received was not what I ordered and was torn, yet they sold it to me anyway.
