The Rudeness i experienced at mr price shocking

I was at Mr price Middelburg Mall in mpumalanga to collect my package I ordered online and this cashier was very rude, he browsed through the orders and told me my package was not there and i told him it can’t be possible he said i must go to the next till i said no, he went back to check and he found it instead of him apologizing he went on as if nothing was wrong and i said he must apologize he said i have attitude imagine he said i must go be helped by someone else i was shocked and i asked for his name he told me he was sibusiso and when i went out i asked one of his colleagues what his name was she said clement the guys just **** to me , Mr Price what is happening in stores i am very puzzled 🤔
