The customer service...

The customer service is terrible I’ve been trying to sort my account out for the past 3 months and they’ve been no help I’ve called countless time as well as emailed so many times and I still cannot get anyone to assist I’ve even been in store at different locations many times They charge you for extra services that you did not agree to and expect you to pay but when you want help they refuse to assist For such a big company their service is horrible They need better helpful staff in their stores as well as head office
