The ****py Service from Mr Price

This new business of you guys emailing the receipt is shiiiiiii!!!!!!! I was so happy when you introduced it as i am always for new things. First Incident: it was "emailed" to me, a couple of days later i wanted to return a few items and we could find the receipt in my inboxes.. The store manager made my fault that we couldn't find the slips and i spent an hour and a half trying to solve the issue... no apologies what so ever. Second Incident: i bought a few items and all was good, unfortunately had to return a few items (day before yesterday)... asked my brother to do so and it was done. Two items that cost me R280 but i only got R80 back after returns. They convinced my brother that they will email the receipt because they were "out of paper". Only to find that the slip has the full amount of R280. Went to the store today to go claim my money back and i was told that my brother stole the money. Mr Price i want my R200 back. And i will stop at NOTHING to get it back. All of this has been happening at the Maponya Branch. Cashiers Name: Sbongile Matwa Supervisors Name: Gladys Ramaboo Managers Name: Busi Mthembu Ops Names: Jacques Ball This whole was diabolical as my brother and i were embarrassed infront of everybody as if we had initially ****** the clothes. I'm so livid as i write this. I need my R200 back.
