Thanks to Rachel

I was at the Pan Africa Junction store and I was looking for specific size of a shoe. I couldnt find it so I went the paying point to get assistance on where I can find the shoe. The cashier was so frustrated and was not eager to assist me and advised it's not at any of the stores any where because he "knows"and works with shoes without even attempting to look on the screen to see which stores has the size I'm looking for.

Anyway Rachel came to the rescue and searched the store which has my size. She patiently assisted me and advised which store has it. Im grateful because I got the shoes I wanted. As much as it was busy and in a lot of pressure. She didn't lose her cool or made a lame excuse. I'm happy and I thank Rachel.
