thank you Nina!

i happened upon Mr price in Sandton city on Saturday looking for leggings that i could not find anywhere in my size and i went in hopeful about it. i ran into Nina packing that area and as i was looking she asked me what size i was looking for then proceeded to look for it. at that time there was no xs so i settled on a small and thanked her for her hard work, however she insisted she check the back for me which she did and still did not find that xs, i went to the till to pay with the small and thought about how helpful she was, i already planned to write a compliment at that point because she really tried hard to help me. a second or so later she ran up to me with an extra small in hand and a huge smile on her face. i was so impressed with her persistence and amazing service levels already so this was a cherry on top. please could you pass my thanks onto Nina she is an amazing employee and Mr Price Sandton is lucky to have her as she is excellent with clients. i hope she gets the recognition she deserves. thank you Nina! :)
