Terribly disappointed with Mr Price.

This complaint is for the online shopping and services from Mr Price. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and have not had my order delivered as yet. There is no communication from the online dpt. I have had to make enquiries daily. There are no email updates. And no manner of keeping the customer informed. All I am told "it is with the courier" - they cannot give me courier details, they cannot advise when it will be delivered, they cannot advise what the delay is. basically I am being told nothing. this is very frustrating and I would not want to order from the online store again. this service is horrible. first and last time if this is the level of service. Terrible. also the WhatsApp chat line is basically the same as the call center and the consultant just ends the chat without supplying any information. Mr Price, you a good store with good products, but your customer services and online facilities are horrific. Terribly disappointed with Mr Price.
