Terrible terrible

I am disgusted at the online shopping system of Mr Price , I am waiting for a package for 3weeks which I paid for long ago already i was given a date for collection when purchased however the package status still sais processing up until today. Every time when I call inn all agents I speak to give me different stories saying warehouse must correct the system or update the status this has been going on for 3 weeks now. This is not on and especially for a customer that spends over R2000 every single month buying from mrp .
