Terrible terrible

Very disappointed I ordered items on the 29/11/2020 and then another on the 6/12/2020 and I'm still waiting nothing from mr price they give a scheduled date of delivery but its pass that date it's almost 3 weeks later still nothing I sent a email no response the one order is missing a item when I track the order yet I got charged for the missing item absolutely terrible service I ordered online from another store and 4 days later I collected my order in store despite covid 19 despite the festive season shopping they made sure I got my stuff and kept their customer happy you guys are messing up I'm so afraid to place any other orders with you guys ....I've never waited almost a month for a online order mr price is breaking records well done
