Terrible stock practices

I went to one of your stores during my lunch time today. Your somerset mall branch, the one outside the mall, its a combined home, sport and fashion, has not ONE item in boys clothing sizes 7-8. I wasted my entire lunch break looking for those sizes, literally anything in that size, until I asked the lady who works there to assist and she couldn't find anything either. Absolutely terrible. Then I try and submit a complaint on the website - that thing is still running, showing "submitting". Then I try to contact customer services on whatsapp, also no help from there. Also no help, because customer services doesn't know why the website doesn't work. Absolutely atrocious. I bet if I had gone to any other store in Somerset Mall, I would have found at least SOMETHING. But alas, my lunch hour was done and I had no time.
