Terrible shopping experience from Mr Price online strw

I received an order that is not mine and I am now told I need to wait a few days until they collect the package. Only then will they process my refund which will also take a few more days. On top of that, some of the items I ordered are no longer in stock. The package I received had my details and the intended recipient's details and order number. This is very unprofessional Mr Price. I now don't feel comfortable shopping from their website because my details might be shipped anywhere and the agents have no sense of urgency. The first agent I chatted to on Whatsapp said I must wait till the other customer confirms if they have my package and then they can refund. The second agent hung up on me and the third agent just told me my refund might only be processed next week. If would not recommend shopping from mrp.com.
