Terrible shopping experience at Mr Price

Bad customer service and shopping experience due to chaos in the shop at all times and worse during the festive season.No proper system of working.Theres no order in the shop.The music is too loud at all times causing the staff to shout over their intercoms.The shops layout doesn't accomodatete the long queues adequately,They should make more paying counters available for customers to check out goods instead of putting everyone into 1 long queue.I think the management of the store is very poor and they should consider putting more thought into i***** just Chaotic.
