Terrible Services - Poor Call Centre Staff - Poor Response

I have an active insurance policy with MRPrice group through sheet street. I have submitted a claim three weeks ago. To date i have not received a call back, no email feedback, i have attempted to call and have been holding for +-30-50 minutes for three days in a row. I have sent numerous emails to date no feedback. However the premium is debited on time every month no issues!!! I am reporting the matter as advised in my emails but would not advise anybody to insure through this group. Their service is worse than pathetic.
