Terrible service with online order.

I am very unhappy with the service from the online team. I ordered clothing on the 3rd of December 2021, I still had not received my order on the 14th of December 2021, I then contacted the customer care line and the WhatsApp account and I asked that my order be cancelled and that I wanted my money back. They then said they would process my refund but still haven't to this day. I contacted Mr. Price an additional 2 times on WhatsApp and the customer care line and still have not gotten my money back. I'm fed up and I just want my money!! Poor service
