Terrible service, still waiting for my refund.

I paid online for an order, early December 2020. The money came off my bank, but when I checked order status it was listed as cancelled. When I tried to reorder, the items were out of stock. I then called your call centre to which I got told there is nothing they can do, I have to send an email requesting my refund. First of all. That is PATHETIC. you should have a call centre that deals with this as your group clearly does not give a hoot about their customers & will not respond to emails. I want my refund!
