Terrible service ... infact NO service

In March this year my son opened a Mr Price Money account. They gave him a simcard and he said he does not want it. The lady said he still need to take it and ONLY if he activates the sim will he be charged R99 a month. Again he said he does not want that option.

A few days later he got a call from Mr Price to ask if he want to activate the sim and he said NO again.

So he got credit for R600 and bought a pair of gym shoes. His monthly installment was R105. He has been paying each month but when he asked what his balance was this month it was over R900 because they have been charging him the R99 each month to which he did not agree.

1. We logged a complaint via email and they said they responded that they will contact him within 24 to 48 hours WHICH THEY NEVER DID. 2. We tried the website CHAT option. No reply. 3. We tried the WhatsApp option. No reply. 4. We then tried calling and was transferred from one department to another only to explain the whole issue each time. They said they "have to listen to the recording" and will get back within 48 to 72 hours.

Mr Price why is it so difficult to cancel this when you asked twice YOU DO NOT WANT IT!
