Terrible service from every single employee

I placed an order online to be delivered to a Mr Price store of my choice. This was not delivered even way past the promised date and I subsequently had to have it delivered to another store seeing that I was no longer located at the store of initial delivery. Yet despite many calls and rearranging the delivery address, it was still delivered to the incorrect store a month later and I was promised a refund. And here I am, still waiting. I will never support Mr Price again and will not leave the matter until I get my refund. I have seen daily bad reviews about Mr Price and it seems to be completely ignored by the company.
