Terrible service for o line store pick ups

I love ordering online and quickly collecting my products from a store but with Mr Price I dont reccommend this. The first bad experience I went in to collect and waited 30 minutes. The lady first couldn't find my package and then she had problems scanning it in. In 30 minutes I could have just gone in looked for clothes and paid. This time i had to wait because of short staff. I could have stood in the line and got helped quicker. This time i stood for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to help me with my order. What's the point of online shopping and store pick up convenience when I would have been in store just as long?
