Terrible service

Your customer service is bad bad bad, I did a online purchase on Monday using my gift voucher and topping up with my account, then the order got rejected because i didn't process the payment correctly. So the amount on the gift voucher was taken off and was supposed to be credited back. The lady that i spoke to on Monday said she will call me as soon as finance has processed the credit, today i tried paying my order using the voucher and still it was not credited, i called again and spoke to Clancy who told me that the voucher is reflecting the R400 i should refresh i did just that and tried to pay using the voucher but still it was saying no credit available on the voucher i then called again and spoke to Shawn who just told me that the voucher system is offline he didn't even want to hear what i had to day i mean it was 5 minutes after i spoke to Clancy who was able to check the voucher....Maybe the WhatsApp will be more efficient than calling people who are not interested to help customers
