Terrible service.

After being told that if they notice I haven't used the mrp mobile Sim airtime then it will be canceled. I haven't used it for 3 months and it hasn't been canceled after requesting this twice. The second time I got an sms that it is being processed but I still have to pay for it. On the other hand... I was influenced by mrp insurance to take a policy. Thereafter I paid but got a better deal. I requested a cancelation... it said it would take 31 days to process. I waited 31 days then I still have to pay. I tried contacting but no help has been given.
