TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

My account was paid on time but they some how didn't receive it,I was applying for an home loan and when I checked my current report it picked up on it,I have this account from 2017,the least they could have did is contact me if they didn't get a payment,the first time I called them they allocated the payment to my account and said they will have it removed from my credit report,I called them 2 times after that and still not receiving any help,their fault is affecting my application for my home loan,this is absolutely terrible service!!!stay away from opening an account with them
