Terrible service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible courier services. Firstly I placed an order to be pargo delivered but they took it as a door to door. Now I have been waiting almost 4 weeks for this order!! Not even to mention they keep saying contact not available but nobody phones me and the keep trying to deliver in a completely different town and I have phoned the customer line and then gave them all my details again but it still got messed up.
