Terrible service at Mr Price

Bought two mobile phones from Mr Price in Durbanville on 09/05/24, Rica, Fica everything done and told phones would be active within 48 hours. Went back to the shop 2 days later and still nor working. Get told the lady working with the phones in not in. Went back today and apparently you have 7 days to return. Now new unused phones have to go in for repair and the wait continues. Lesson learned not to buy phones from a clothes shop. No customer service at all.
